Processing of Your Credit Card and Issuing of Your License
We provide the ability to purchase via credit card using MasterCard® or Visa®. All credit card details are collected and processed securely using the services provided by St.George Bank. We never see or touch your credit card details - they are processed by the bank and we are only notified once a payment has been processed.
When your payment has been processed by the bank, you will automatically receive a credit card transaction receipt via email. This comes from St.George Bank, not from us. This is your proof of payment. Once we have been notified of your payment we will then process your license information. This will usually occur within 1 business day, but please allow up to 3 business days. Once we have processed your license information you will receive an email from us with your Tax Invoice (for Australian customers) or your receipt (for International Customers) along with your License Serial Number allowing you to unlock your software.
For your added online security, we accept Prepaid Visa® and Prepaid MasterCard® in addition to the standard Visa® and MasterCard®. If your prepaid card does not have a Card Holder Name on it, please enter "Prepaid Card" in the "Name on Card" field when entering your credit card details.
While we never see or process your full credit card details (see above) there is other personal information that we do collect and store. We keep a record of your company name or personal name ("License Owner") and your email address. This is kept for license validation purposes, and we may ask you to verify this information when you receive product support and when we offer you major product upgrades. Your name and email address will never be used for marketing purposes unless you agree to this when purchasing a license. Your name and email address will never be given to a third-party, unless required by law.
We have a no-refund policy for license purchases. It is your responsibility to download and try the software before purchasing a license, to ensure that the software works according to your requirements.
This general no-refund policy applies after you have received your license serial number. If you make an error during purchase, and you have not yet received your license serial number, please email us immediately and we may be able to organise a refund.
